I've been using Pixel Buds through several generations. They fit perfectly in the ear and the native pairing with Google Pixel phones is great. It's wonderful that they keep receiving new updates.
What are the main new features for Pixel Buds Pro 2?
Pixel Buds Pro 2 feature dynamic noise cancellation that auto-adjusts for seal changes, Gemini voice control for adjusting settings, Pixel Watch sleep sync that pauses music when you fall asleep, and an upgraded Live Translate supporting 70+ languages.
How does the new Live Translate feature work?
Users can tap their Buds to enter listening mode and understand conversations in over 70 languages in near real-time without touching their phone. It also works bidirectionally—speak in your language and your Pixel phone will play the translation to the other person in theirs.
When will the new features be available?
The Pixel Buds Pro 2 in Olive finish is available for order starting August 12, while software updates for both models will roll out beginning in September.
